Delivery for orders cost a flat rate of £3.50.

UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service. This means your order is estimated to arrive two working days after you receive your delivery confirmation email.

All international orders are posted with the Royal Mail International Tracked service.

Please be aware that orders may incur custom charges.

These charges vary depending on country but are advised they are 20% of the total order. These charges are determined by the customs agencies within the receiving country and will be your responsibility and cannot be reimbursed.

If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange please email me as soon as possible.

All unused full price prints can be refunded / exchanged if returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days of dispatch. 

Outbound shipping costs will be refunded. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

You are responsible for the item until it has been received so I recommend you use a signed for service to guarantee arrival. 

Any custom charges incurred cannot be reimbursed.

All approved refunds will be completed within 10 working days.

Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
